Direct IT is offering First American agents enrollment in our RemoteNet services program. The RemoteNet program provides comprehensive network maintenance and management services that improve network performance, reliability and stability.

These discounts allow First American agents to realize significant savings for necessary IT services. By partnering with First American, Direct IT’s engineers are familiar with the needs of the industry and coordinate with the First American IT organization to provide the highest quality services and solutions to member agents.The RemoteNet Program is designed as a retainer-based services agreement. Direct IT will install the BlueBox™ network management appliance to the client network. The
